Administrative Functions

This page contains the form for quarterly reports to be submitted by all RTAP Service Providers funded through ALDOT. Instructions for completing these forms will be provided at the Annual Meeting in Orange Beach, AL, on April 21. Service providers are to fill in the form with the data for the quarter specified, then submit the form. The submit button will send the data as an email, initially to the Alabama Technology Transfer Center and after training, as a direct submittal to ALDOT.
